  • All conference attendees will participate in the Keynote sessions in the auditorium, so please be sure to select them to add them to your schedule.
  • All conference attendees should select lunch for each day they will be in attendance.  This will help in ordering the right number of meals!

Additional Information:
  • Don’t forget to purchase your ticket here.  It will be required for registration.  Presenters, HSE Staff, Noblesville Staff, and PBL Participants may use their Promotional Code prior to selecting a ticket type.

An Introduction to Night Zookeeper

This session will go through the initial setup of Night Zookeeper. It will be a very 'hands-on' session where you will take away your own active nightzookeeper.com account plus user accounts for all your students.

Paul will guide attendees through the following features:
- Interactive Lesson Creation: you will learn how to set up and send your own interactive and personalised lessons to students. You will also learn how to share these with your colleagues.
- Use our new one-click commenting system: Paul will take you through the feedback and redraft process available on Night Zookeeper. This new way of giving feedback will save you hours of time.
- Interpret performance data: Paul will show you how you can track the performance of your students on Night Zookeeper. This will effectively then inform your future lesson planning.

I'm excited to share the newest feature of Seesaw...Activities! Teachers can easily create and share activities for students to complete in Seesaw. I will show you all the steps for using the grade-level specific activities from the Seesaw library and how to create your own, and share with other teachers!! Participants will start by reviewing the basic uses of Seesaw. We will also explore the various communication methods available. Seesaw is MUCH more than an online digital portfolio! Storytelling with Bloxels Builder - A Video Game Creation Tool

With their limitless imagination, students are incredible storytellers. Whether it's done verbally or written on paper, their stories are a true expression of their creative process. In this session, I will show you how students, at any grade level, can now take their stories, or an event, and make them come to life in minutes. I will show you how to build, collaborate, and tell stories through a video game design tool called Bloxels. You will use the Bloxels app, a physical design board, & planning guide to plan and create a video game during our session. When you are done, you'll have an interactive video game that you designed and and can be played by anyone with a laptop or tablet device. Bloxels is a free app available on iOS, Android, and Kindle Fire
